1. General Use of the Platform

• HerbiesPlace is a showcase platform for photographers, models and makeup artists.
• You are responsible for everything you upload and share on your account.
• You may not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, hate speech or spam.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

2. Age & Identity

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a correct date of birth. Age is used to protect minors and to gate adult content.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of minors or upload images of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.

3. Consent & Model Rights

• You may only upload photos of people who have given you permission to publish those images.
• For any portrait, fashion, boudoir or similar work, you are responsible for having the correct model releases and agreements.
• You may not upload compromising, humiliating or invasive photos of a person without their clear consent.
• On request of a person pictured on the platform, we may remove photos that reasonably violate their privacy or rights.

4. Nudity & Sensitive Content

• No explicit nudity may be posted in public galleries that are visible to everyone.
• Full nudity, explicit sexual content or fetish content is not allowed anywhere on the platform.
• Boudoir or lingerie work must remain tasteful and may only feature models who are 18+ and have given consent.
• Adult-themed work must be placed in the correct category and will only be visible to verified adult users who enabled adult content.

5. Copyright & Ownership

• Only upload photos that you created yourself or for which you have the necessary rights and permissions.
• Do not upload images that infringe on someone else’s copyright, trademarks or intellectual property.
• You keep the copyright to your work. By uploading, you grant HerbiesPlace a limited license to display your images on the platform.

6. Prohibited Content

• No content involving minors in sexual, suggestive or unsafe situations.
• No revenge porn, hidden-camera images or other non‑consensual intimate material.
• No hateful, violent, extremely graphic or illegal content.
• No doxxing or publishing private information (addresses, phone numbers, IDs, etc.).

7. Enforcement & Reporting

• Content that breaks these rules may be edited, hidden or removed by staff without prior notice.
• Accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these terms may be suspended or banned.
• If you see content that violates these rules, please report it via the contact form.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform or in the law. When we make important changes, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify active users.
